Terms and Conditions — PK809 Pakistan Betting Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to pk809. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the user", "the player") and pk809 ("pk809", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk809 platform, including all sports betting, live casino, Aviator, slots, Teen Patti and other products available through pk809.biz.

By creating a pk809 account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk809 platform.

2. Account Registration

3. Eligibility

Use of pk809 is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use a pk809 account. This requirement is absolute — there are no exceptions. pk809 actively works to prevent under-age gambling and will close any account where there is reason to believe the account holder is under 18.
• Jurisdiction: It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pk809 is lawful in your location. pk809 operates for users in territories where online betting is permitted. By registering, you confirm that your use of the platform is not prohibited by any law applicable to you.
• Mental capacity: You must be of sound mind and not under the influence of substances that impair judgement when placing bets or making financial transactions on pk809.
• Excluded persons: Employees, contractors and immediate family members of pk809 are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in betting or gaming activities on the platform.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on pk809 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment rules apply:

• All deposited funds must be your own. Using funds belonging to a third party, including borrowed funds, is prohibited.
• pk809 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed above.
• Deposits are credited immediately upon successful payment confirmation. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 15 minutes, contact pk809 support with your transaction reference.
• pk809 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at individual account level based on responsible gaming considerations or risk assessments.

5. Withdrawals

pk809 processes all withdrawal requests to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Key withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for all payment methods.
• Processing times: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the most recent deposit. pk809 may request documentary proof of ownership for the receiving account.
• Verification: pk809 reserves the right to pause and review any withdrawal request pending identity or source-of-funds verification. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.
• Pending bets: Funds associated with active, unsettled bets are not available for withdrawal until those bets are settled.
• Fees: pk809 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — pk809 has no control over these.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk809 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as well as the general bonus rules outlined here:

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for pk809's welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and percentage are as specified on the registration or promotions page at the time of claiming.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g. 10x, 20x, 30x) is specified for each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonus validity: Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry date specified at the time of the offer. Unused bonus funds that expire are forfeited automatically.

• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other manipulative behaviour — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and Aviator game activity at pk809:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to pk809's acceptance at the stated odds. pk809 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there is evidence of match manipulation, odds errors or unusual betting patterns.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and event type. These are displayed on the betslip before bet confirmation.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before bet confirmation. The odds displayed on the betslip at the moment you confirm a bet are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• Errors in odds: If a bet is accepted at materially incorrect odds due to a system error, pk809 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. "Materially incorrect" means odds significantly different from those prevailing in the market at the time.
• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum number of overs, sets, periods or other qualifying conditions required for a result, bets are voided and stakes returned unless an official result has been declared.
• Settlement: Bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. pk809 may use publicly available data sources to settle markets. In the event of a discrepancy, pk809's internal data will take precedence pending investigation.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are subject to additional terms including connectivity-related delays. pk809 is not responsible for missed opportunities arising from internet connectivity issues on the user's side.

8. Live Casino Rules

The following additional rules apply specifically to live casino games at pk809, including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Teen Patti and live game shows:

• Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated by real dealers and are final once announced. pk809 does not accept disputes about in-game outcomes that have been clearly announced by the dealer and are visible in the recorded stream.
• In the event of a video stream disconnection during a live casino round, pk809's server-side record of the game state determines the outcome. If a technical error prevents a game from completing, bets are returned to players.
• Players must place bets within the designated betting time for each round. Bets placed after the betting window closes will be refused by the system.
• pk809 reserves the right to close live casino tables or change minimum and maximum bet limits on any table at any time.
• VIP table access may be subject to minimum account balance requirements or invitation at pk809's discretion.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pk809 account. Specifically:

• You must not share your account credentials (username, password, OTP codes) with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

• Use of automated software, bots or other prohibited tools
• Provision of false or misleading personal information
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicion of money laundering, match fixing or other illegal activity
• Account holder being under 18 years of age

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Legitimate funds (i.e. your original deposited balance, net of any breached bonuses) will generally be returned following investigation, unless the closure relates to suspected illegal activity in which case funds may be held pending investigation.

You may close your own pk809 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal timeframe following account closure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by pk809's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pk809 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk809 will:

• Notify registered users via platform notification or email where reasonably practicable

Your continued use of the pk809 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pk809 operates its platform for users across various jurisdictions. pk809 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Accessing the platform from territories where online betting is prohibited is at your own risk and responsibility.
